Kin ell, two tickets sorted but it allocated my passport number to both of them.

Have contacted the ticket office for help. Should be fine.

Im logged on but the buy ticket is greyed out....whats going on????
I'm not entirely sure this is a genuine question, but in case it is...

The button will be greyed out if you don't meet the current criteria to buy, ie a STH or 1901er with 279 or more points.

You needed to have 279 points at time of pre registration time last month I’ve got more than 279 but got to wait until Monday
Same, I’m on 297 now but at the time when announced I was on 277, 2 points away!
Just have to wait and watch the smugeratti announce they’re in & sorted, hopefully be a few scraps left on Monday morning.

I'd have thought that the system would pick up that the same Passport # had been allocated on different tickets.

Obviously not.

I thought this would fly off the shelves. I was wrong. Almost 800 left and the rush is over for Tier 1. This is looking more Marseille than Ajax. Even at this point it seems like Tier 2 will have no trouble and Tier 3 will get a chance.
