Advice needed... Have I won?

Hi, just wondered if any of you kind folk could help with my question. At yesterdays game I purchased my Albion Hat-trick tickets as normal, no instant win or Lucky number win. Then as quick as celebrating Bruno's belter I was cursing my luck again as the announcer said " 1st goal time 53 minutes ", you can guess that I had 54. Ordinarly I would not give a toss but just to see what I would have won it turns out it would have been £100. Looking at the Seagulls web site I noticed that they have the goal as 54 minutes as well as the national press. On the Seagulls lotto site it states 53 minutes. So now I am unsure if I have won. 1st goal rules ' voucher must match the offical PA time ' does PA stand fot The Press Association or is it he stadium announcer?

I'd say you have a decent case. Go to claim the prize and when they say "It's 53rd minute" whip out a screenshot of the BBC and Albion website that states 54 minutes. Also PA could stand for the loud speaker the guy does the announcing on which would be 53.

I'd say the OP has no case whatsoever. PA clearly stands for Public Announcement at the stadium.

53 minutes was clearly shown up on the big screens as the halftime hat-trick winning minute. They'd obviously already made their decision and that's the one that counts and is final. If they were in the habit of changing it retrospectively how would they deal with all those who had 53rd minute?, not going to pay out twice are they.

I bought one for my 8 year old Grandson yesterday, his goal time was for 14 mins. When we were awarded the penalty my Grandson got very excited as the screen clock was showing 13 mins, we all crossed our fingers that they wouldn't take it too quickly. Sure enough the time on the screen changed to 14 mins just as Barnes stepped up to shoot and the rest, as they say, is history. So, Mr Barnes, not only should you be hung, drawn and quartered for missing the penalty and rebound but you owe my Grandson £5!

Hi, thanks for your help. I sent an email to the clubs' lotto department and got a reply from Trevor Watson he looked into this and found that indeed the wrong time had been given out by the clubs media team. The club are now going to pay out on 53 & 54 minutes. As well as myself winning I will split half of the £100 between the REMF and AITC. Thanks again and dig out those 54 minute tickets if you were lucky enough to have one.

I won a FREE drink in DICKS Bar with my TICKET on Saturday , I would RATHER have my TOE nails pulled out with PLIERS than go in that shit hole even for a FREE drink.

I would have won £50 store voucher had someone scored in the 17th minute Saturday but I also won £50 cash last season
