Does anybody know whether the information about a court hearing is available to the public and if so, if that information is available online.

I have tried looking but can't seem to find the definitive place to look

Any help gratefully received

Do you mean you want to know when a particular case is being heard ?
If so, then courts are (unless certain restrictions have been imposed) on public record.
Assuming it's criminal then there will be an initial hearing at a magistrate's court and then it will either return there later or go to Crown court.
I'd suggest ringing the relevant magistrate's court and asking, it should all be on their Libra system.

I didn't know you could do that. Thanks. I just assumed it would be public info via manual records to look up or possible online

You will need a case number or name and address of defendant/hearing date.
