The master plan for the billionaires was to move to the BBC Broadcasting house site and a re-development providing a new ground funded by the profits from a retail/recreational park.Pity the old Doughnut got a preservation order causing a few edgy partners to jump ship, now it is just a case of trying to hoover up as much sky money as possible whilst waiting for the next mug to palm the club off to.

34% of QPR is owned by Laskmi Mittal who is in the top 20 richest people on the planet.

He could fund the Samba deal with his pocket change.

Majority shareholder Tony Fernandes is worth close to a billion.

Doubt many billionaires were in control of the teams who have gone into administration recently.

As i said if they go down the owners can have all the money in the world but they will have to work within FFP rules thankfully the Lower leagues is getting its shop in order.

Redknapp is an idiot, a talentless coach (get a huge centre forward and play hoofball up to him - yeah, real genius!), and I cannot believe he still has a job in football.

This. Was amazing how the whole football press were saying that he was 'the people's choice' for the England job yet I didn't know a single fan who wanted him.

You don't have to work within FFP. You can work outside it and take the fines. If we are still in the Championship next season I would prefer clubs like Wigan, Reading and Villa to be relagated rather than QPR who I suspect will spend big at least one more time to get back.
