It' never been in question that he's a decent manager (to me anyway)... It's his CONSTANT, insufferable optimism and unjustifiable SMUGNESS that gets on my last nerve. An his "If they can keep up" comment was just one in a long line of blinkered nonsense that's irritated me.

There's little denying he is a good manager, but he just comes across as a total bell-end. A bit like Wenger, in my mind.
