[Albion] Adingra: not satisfied, wants a loan

Every young player worth their salt is hungry for more playing time. That's how it should be. How to manage those expectations, as you say, must be a facking nightmare. So many of last season's starlets suddenly sidelined. It must be a seismic shift in their sense of who they are and where they fit in.

Taking the positives, looks like Barco might be heading back our way in January. It's not really working out for him at Sevilla. Fingers crossed that new guy rates him 🤞
FH doesn’t rate him and sent him out loan after what I thought was a decent pre season in Japan. Probably doesn’t like the fact that he takes a better free kick than anyone else in the squad and we don’t do decent set pieces at this club :lolol:

Being harsh, he could start by playing better, I suppose. Last season he was often an impact sub but this time round he hasn't really taken too many of the opportunities that have come his way. There was his cross for Joao Pedro's winner against Manchester United, but not too much else?
Scored for us in all of the three cup games and has one goal and one assist from just 346 minutes in the league.

Tough crowd. Four goals and one assist despite rather limited game time.

Compared with most 'regular' careers a footballer's career is not very long anyway and you never know if it will be cut even shorter through injury.
So can't blame him at all if he wants to play.
But if he is not happy being on the bench for us maybe he will have to leave to get game time.

Don’t think you can blame Adringa but rather us as a club. He is an exceptionally talented player, he won the AFCON and was the tournament’s best player! We are not the right club for him at this moment - he is not given enough game time. I’m certain that when he moves elsewhere, he will be amazing at that club which is a real problem for us - essentially another Gyokeres.

If true??? ???
Wherever he goes, he'll be in the same position.
If he doesn't play well at anon club, he'll have to sit it out.
What did he do when playing for Côte d'Ivoire on the AFCON recently, they must've had a fairly big squad ???

Dare I say it but I'd consider loaning out Minteh and Kadioglu too. Minteh needs some regular game time in my view, and Ferdi just doesn't seem to fit into FH's side (when fit). Is he a back up to Estupinan? I just don't see where he fits in.

Better they were playing regularly like Yalcouye has been getting plenty of minutes and experience.

Wow. You obviously didn't see Minteh against WH: he's raw, but his pace and directness is terrifying for defenders and, as for his pressing, it's right up there at Firmino levels.
And as for loaning out Kadioglu. You do realise that he can play both LB and RB, and that we've got no fit cover for Pervis atm and have had to play Lamptey at RB for the past month. When fit, he'll be playing in most -- if not all -- games.

Once Minteh came on we ran WHU ragged imo. Calling for Ferdi going out on loan is as mad as mad gets

March ? May see him in FA cup game if lucky. If not that game, then won’t be for a while yet
March won’t be the player he was before his injury, will take him a long time to get match fit , he is a confidence player , it took hims years to have a good season , can’t see it happening again

Agreed. Injuries have really affected us, Ferguson, Enciso, Lamptey… they were never the same after their injuries. I worry that March will also fall in the same category.

Surprised by this, seems every forward position (and many midfield and defensive ones) right now is up for grabs. Put in some good performances and anyone can nail down a starting spot for the rest of the season.
