do the board,fans,manager,have healing hands .....NO so if you get someone else in (like who) will they have healing hands and lots of wonga because they will definitely need them to keep you lot happy.

he is the best in this situation that we can expect

how short are people's memories?! give the guy a chance. he was given a 3 year deal & a 3 year plan. that plan was to be in the championship by his 3rd year (hopefully before). it doesn't always click straight away when a manager comes in.

i think we still have an outside chance of the play-offs if we turn it round soon, but even if we don't, he shouldn't go - a 3 year plan means that with all likelihood, he'll be here for 3 years.

In the last seven years, we've had managers of the calibre of Peter Taylor, Steve Coppell, Mark McGhee and Micky Adams...and we sit eighteenth in League One and are still playing at Withdean and will be for another three years.

The situation is too depressing.
