After watching that garbage dished up by Adams yesterday an effing great big out.
And my brother tells me Adams is now on the Harry Redknapps , bare bones bare bones

He got lucky with Zamora last time round & probably one of our worst three managers in the last 40 years.

I find this theory that he "got lucky" finding a decent player strange. Using that logic he can't be blamed for signing bad players - after all that's only unlucky.

No, he did well in signing Zamora and in the same way he's failed us when he's signed crap players.

That said he should be given at least one WHOLE season including both the transfer windows.

I voted for in - I am very worrried about the decisions he has made this year and the direction we are going in. Long ball ? He does not appear to be the manager he used to be.
But - If we were going to sack him it should have been done before christmas to allow a new man to bring in his players in the window - I assume the work is going on behind the scenes and the new players will arrive this week. A new man would be stuck with Mickey's transfers.
I wish he would take a bit more responsibility - I do not like his comments about the fans.
Maybe, just maybe, 92 minutes was the turning point ( a la Alex ferguson for united) one game away from the sack - leading to greatness.
Please play players in thier correct position.
Please bring in a 'playmaker'.

Stick with him, every manager deserves at least 2 seasons to stamp their authority on a club, Adams has been in for barely 7 months, it's crazy people are saying he should go.

Seven months !!! 2 Seasons !!!
After 7 mths in a new job, the framework should be in place for the future.
Good managers stamp their authority within days and no-one is left in any doubt as to the direction they are heading in.
After 3 mths, MA did a U-turn, announcing he was going back to basics..he admitted his mistakes and said they were going to start all over again. There has been no appreciable improvement since then.
1) Failure to prepare the side properly pre-season was disastrous.
2) It meant the 1st 3 mths of the season were effectively written off.
3) OK, if you rectify those mistakes and move on and upwards...but.....
I see nothing after 7 mths that fills me with any confidence.
How many managers are given two seasons, when the first 7 mths have been so poor ?
It is disrespectful to most managers out there to suggest that they wouldn't make a blind bit of difference to our current situation...I can only think that those who believe that, feel that nothing could be improved re morale,fitness and tactics. ( etc )

Maybe some people actually believe constantly changing your manager is not the answer. Nobody is denying that Adams has had a poor season but getting rid of him now would leave us with no chance of getting any new players in the transfer window and leave us with only loan players. To be honest, sacking him now would be ludicrous. You could understand it before the transfer window but not now.

I was firmly in the "Adams out" brigade but last night I changed my mind, not because we got a mighty point at Cheltenham, but because I realise that Micky isn't going anywhere at for that reason alone I will now back him 100%.
Although I do still firmly believe that he HAS to get rid of Booker and White, and appoint a decent assistant. I think the whole time we have a non league backroom we will struggle. Oh and fingers crossed that we make a couple of decent signings before the window shuts, I think he'll need them !!!

Deano read the f***ing post properly ! I said NOT because of 1 point at Cheltenham but because the bloke is clearly not going anywhere ! The players must think we're all proper c unts listening to us all moaning and bitching about their boss.
Don't get me wrong I think there are better managers out there, but we are clearly stuck with him until at least the end of the season, so if we are even going to try and avoid relegation we have to support the team and unfortunately includes Adams !

It doesn't. Before the draw about 60% voted out. As I've said before the people in the OUT camp are shouting louder but it doesn't mean there's more of you.

He's earned himself a stay of excetution with Saturdays comeback but at some point he's got to use one of these occasional good results as a chance to turn the corner, He's had a few of these chances through the season & failed to take them so really it's now or never.
