I think the only option is to keep him, support him and hopefully he will turn it around. He has only just brought in some new signings, they will take a few games to bed in.

But more to the point what do we gain from sacking him? Another DK trial by manager? The potential serious breakdown of the board and the final emergence of the Blooms as the real controllers of the club? The fact we will be paying three managers all at once and therefore the new manager will have absolutely no money to spend especially on the coaching staff who are already non league.

Nope keep Adams, but get rid of Booker and White and give him a proper budget to get in some decent coaching/backroom staff. Losing the superb coaching ability of Wilkins was a hammer blow, and that hasn't been replaced. Adams needs help on this side of things in the same way that Wilkins should have got more help and understanding from DK with regards his player/chairman(!) management skills.

Adams In.

I have voted In and would agree with the assessment above. We are in the drop zone too often for my liking this season and I am currently thinking "where the hell do we go from here". I hope the answer is to gradually claw our way up the table but my confidence has been dented and I have no faith in us winning anything just now. I don't think we have any alternative but to try and slog on with Adams and get in some new and enthusiastic backroom staff.

Fai enough, but surely it is his responsibility to ensure he has coaches that are up to the job. If they are crap, get rid!

Fair comment, although I guess that depends on whether he thinks he has a good enough budget to get anything better. Although frankly whoever he could get instead of White and Booker would be an improvement.

Voted in.

Apart from Wilkins who was worse than the current incumbent imv,I never vote for manager out.

That certainly includes Mr McGhee who would have had us in or very near to the Championship by now,but is instead managing a team performing right at the top of its potential elsewhere.

In, because I don't think changing our manager now would do anything to our team. End of season maybe, but not during the season.

But to be fair, you struggle to understand most things.

For me, It is not so much to do with results.

From very, very on I was Adams Out. Too early most would say but he hasn't got it right from day one.

1)Virgo everywhere but Centre Back

2) Hawkins. Yes fine he was playing well at the start, but then rushed back from surgery when we had Lynch fit. Continues to play him through injury.

3) Playing everyone BUT Livermore in centre mid. How on earth I will never know.

4) When we had a striker crisis, not even naming Robinson or Gargan on the bench.

5) Watching us spend 60 minutes against a Walsall side running down the channels, crossing it in, and then having it booted up the other end back to our keeper. Yes 60 minutes!

6) Taking the lead against a Cheltenham side in the relegation zone and then literally sitting back trying to cling on to a lead when we could have easily killed them off. The game before we conceded a 95th minute equaliser. Did Micky learn? No.

7) Thornton. Yes this may be some what controversial but whatever his attitude was like during the week, the fact of the matter is that he was a class above what we had on the pitch. He managed to outshine hat trick hero Murray on his debut yet can't get a single league start after...

8) Manchester City. We finally find the right side against Man City. Virgo and Elphick at the back. Loft given a chance and playing well. Solid all around, Thomson given a more attacking role and looked a different class. Livermore controlling the midfield..
So what does Micky do next league game? Yes you guessed it correctly! Virgo shoved up front, Hawkins back in defence, Loft dropped.

9) Rushed Murray back having not seemed to have learnt through the Hawkins situation. So what happens? We lose probably our best player for much longer periods.

10) Home games. Having absolutely no idea how to cope with teams that sit back and put men behind the ball. Hereford, big strong N'Gotty winning everything in the air so what do we do? Yes you guessed it.. HOOF N'Gotty clears HOOF N'Gotty clears...

11) So we set up against Peterborough with an attacking intent. Do I have a problem with that? No not really they are a good side and atleast we were going to have a go..
It didn't work so what do we do next game, Yep you guessed correctly exactly the same shitey formation with Forster and Virgo on the right.

12) To top this off, Re-signs Mayo and Hart when really if we were going to re-sign anyone it would have surely been Paul Reid.

Now I know there is a lot more but I have got to go so it's time I stopped.
But I think i should add a few quotes just to get you really tuned in to what I am saying...

"I didn't know we had to be in the play offs in October"
Now February and in the relegation zone

"That was Leeds United we were playing, Not Hereford"
Does someone want to remind us that we couldn't even manage to score against Hereford at home?

" I have a selection dilemma now. I can either keep the same team or make drastic changes"
Err no Micky. We need a couple of tweaks and we will be fine.

"I am not afraid to put out the same team against Carlisle"
Just a day before Albion put out the same team and get crushed by 17th place Carlisle at home...

And I leave you with this absolutely majestic quote..!

"The players just need a hug"

Pork pie land.
Any truly sensible person on here would surely take a medium to long term view with regard to managers. We seem to be in an age that demands instant everything and here that seems to include success. Alex Ferguson was nearly hounded out of Man Utd in his first few years but they stuck with him and its paid off. We all loved Mickey Adams when he was first here and he hasn't suddenly become a bad manager. Give the guy at least two seasons before asking if he should go.

No mate, not suddenly! He was very bad at Leicester and their fans hated him!

Adams is leading us to relegation, if it was any other club in this situation he would've been long gone. What will it take for him to be given the sack?

dick knight to accept the fact that HE was wrong to appoint him, and admit what a monumental cock up this season has been - which is obviously not going to happen

If we lose on Tuesday, and again on Saturday then I think changes will need to be made.

Odd isn't it. What's goes on on the pitch week in week out couldn't be much clearer. If it was a bad run then you could understand, but it's all season.
