Indeed he would. I'm sure those improvements will come, though. This bout of rumours and flurry of alleged activity today confirms to me that Potter has spent the past month or so assessing the squad before deciding what measures to take. He's apparently decided that Clarke needs a loan, we need more quality at CB and that we need a striker (which we all knew). And given we've been passingly linked with both CM's and RB's, I'd assume they're on the shopping list too

Quite possibly but has he yet even returned to training? Suspect from what we've heard of Potter that he would want to assess him himself before loaning out or selling Balogun. Might leave a decision on his future pretty late in the day.

Imagine the Maguire - Dunk - Webster moves will have a domino effect, BHAFC and LCFC wanting to get their replacements in place before United seal the transfer of Maguire.
