Genuinely no idea what that thread is/was about.

The club give the media about 5-10 minutes notice of any announcement.

The OP was being a dick and pretty much admitted it. Oh well....

I think it will be a signing similar to how Vicente was.

A not far from world class player in his prime, but will make intermittent cameos due to fitness and injuries.

I hope and expect the club would have taken this into account with his contract.

After one game? ???

Seriously, never ply me with drinks and take me home, because I prefer to sleep above water. ???

White looked as good or better than Dunk. If he's broken, we're ****ed.

We need Propper back too.

Don't panic. We've got a Champions League semifinalist to cover for him.

I'll tell my grandchildren how I was there* when the great Adam Lallana played his one game for the Albion.

(* - seriously, I was there - I won't be arsed to explain why, in fact, no one was there)

They'll probably tell you that they were there when he was "one or two weeks away from returning to training."

It looked as he was familiar with what happened and GP was very quick to do the sub, no "lets try another minute and see if it gets better" or anything like that. Perhaps had a knock in training and was uncertain to start at all?

Anyway, hope its nothing too serious, showed his quality.

I think he will be ready for the Man Utd game

Whenever he’s fit who knows, but happening tonight and not after October 5th at least gives Ashworth/Winstanley time to consider options, if any.

Looked composed to me, was decent without ever being quite the player he was in England days

Ah the long line of TV physiotherapists queuing up to predict an injury from their armchair.

My prediction - that the professionals in the field of sporting injuries will look at AL over the next few days and maybe get a scan to obtain the full prognosis - I'll wait to hear ....

He came with a giant caveat “...if he can remain injury free”

Well, he hasn’t and therefore it’s not looking too smart a purchase after 42minutes into a 3 year contract is it, sadly.
