didnt he once get in the u21s squad?

was quality before got his bad injury, one of our best CBs for a long time, on par with cullip and blackwell, however, since that injury he was woeful for the few games he played, very slow now.

He's quality, REAL quality.

When fit (and I guess he is at the moment) he's about a million miles better than any defender in this division.
Not too shabby in midfield either.

Has the potential to play at any level.

Just needs some confidence back, and to stay fit.

A great signing in my opinion, and its nice to see the lad playing professional football again

still don't understand why we let him go, much better than anyone (apart from Mcnulty) in our f***ing defense!

See my previous post he would not be in our first team if still here as what we have are better than him.

personally, i would rather have Hinshelwood in than Elphick. (but Hinsh was always my favorite player when he was here :lolol: so im gunna be slightly biased)

Bad knees run in his family I'm afraid. (But not very fast)

He is not tall enough to win the headers as a central defender he is better playing alongside a big defender or as full back. So no he wouldnt be an improvement on Elphick.

I remember he was always viewed by respected critics (i.e. not bensgrandad) as being potentially the best of the crop of defenders who came through the youth ranks. Like El-abd he's always been a little short for a centre back and injuries have taken their toll ,but keep him patched up and I reckon he's plenty good enough for Wycombe

Suffered from bad injuries, then made some bad mistakes on his return which was followed by a massive loss of confidence. But seems to be a good lad and has had some superb games for us in the past. Hopefully he's returning to form and will do well.

If he does as well for Wycombe as that other Albion reject Paul McCarthy I guess Wycombe fans will be well happy. Good luck to Hinsh, he's had a nightmare few seasons after showing so much promise.

Great attitude. Strong, no nonsense defender. The fact we hung onto him through so many injuries speaks volumes - about his ability, not his uncle's clout! really sorry when he left BHA.
