Alec Baldwin - have never liked him.
Also not very keen on Kevin Spacey or Adam Sandler.

But don’t know any of them personally- they could all be lovely people.
Kevin Spacey certainly seemed like a lovely smiley chap when I briefly mat him in Hyde Park one New Year's Day about 15 years ago. I’d just run the 10K race and was feeling suitably knackered. He grasped me by the hand, congratulated me, and wished me a Happy New Year, before continuing his stroll. He was with a young woman and a big bouncy dog.

Adam Sandler I've never clicked with. The only thing of his I've ever watched is that Netflix diamond broker film. I appreciate people wet their knickers over stuff like Happy Gilmore, but it's not for me.

Kevin Spacey could be a lovely person 🤣
He could be, I don’t know him personally - He was cleared of any sexual offences charges so it probably isn’t that hysterical but it’s irrelevant to the thread. Alec Baldwin had his Rust involuntary manslaughter charges dropped too, so he could too could be a lovely person.

I don’t like either of them much regardless of their innocence or guilt and that’s what the thread’s about isn’t it?

Sutherland a good shout, that much lauded '24' gubbins utter crap imho (soz @Weststander), made even less palatable because of his involvement.

100% on Bacon too.
Never seen 1 minute of 24. Purely because he is in it. One of the very few actors that will stop me watching a film. Except Lost Boys.

I’ve seen him interviewed a few times and despite the fact he has largely been in populist, mass market pap for whole career, he takes himself VERY seriously. You are not your father.

Womanising old soak too. Strikes me as very much a “do you know who I am”! type.

Adam Sandler, but I really don't like the slapstick comedy stuff he does. Only film I kinda enjoyed was the remake of the Longest Yard.

Jim Carrey. The whole gurneying, crazy eye thing just isn't for me, though the exception to that was the Truman Show, which was superb.

I always had an antipathy for Burt Lancaster, until Local Hero.

I found Steve McQueen weird, and was unimpressed by his obsession with laetrile.

I still find Jack Lord disturbing

Micky Rooney, oh dear me no.

Can’t stand most actors , most being champagne socialists
You have that space before the comma thing going on, that I have noticed in posts by several members of the Loony Right on NSC. How very queer.

McQueen was an odd one. More magnetism than any acting skill. He was pretty much a stunt man in leading man roles. Which is not a bad gig.

Motherfucker though, used to deliberately set out to shag other men’s wives. He got a punch on the nose on more than one occasion by irked husbands.

Don’t know why, but I’d always disliked Kiefer Sutherland. Probably because he was a cocky little shit in the 90’s. But I like 24, I’m now in season 2. I’m surprised how good he is. My gripes with 24 are obviously that it’s spun out to extreme lengths to meet the format (the fast forward button a godsend to pass waffle) and the fanciful plots.
