Contractor not chosen yet.
A host of other high profile projects in Brighton delayed because of credit crunch.

Building due to start in December. Not that long a time to get everything in place. Even people from the club have admitted it is going to be tight.

All points I am fully aware of Steward.

But even the club are saying it is going to be very tight to get it all in place and started on time - although they are confident of doing so.

I think we have all learnt over the last nine years that things don't always go as smoothly as they SHOULD or as we would like.
