A whinge I have to get off my chest.

Whatever the rights and wrongs of the Spurs tickets - I have one message for the people who phoned in and said they were thinking about not renewing their Season Tickets :-

SOD OFF THEN!

If missing out on a ticket for one game is enough to make you stop going then you don't deserve a Spurs Ticket and I'd rather your seat at Withdean went to a true Supporter.

I can understand you being pissed off - I can understand the ranting and raving. But if you are even considering not renewing because of this then I think you should have a long hard look at yourself.

Probably won't be a popular view but these muppets really annoyed me. The word is Supporter. And if one bad decision about ticketing allocation is enough to make you stop going to all games, can you call yourself that?

/me sits back and waits. ;)

Yet it was never mentioned at all that Alive & Kicking contributors could also apply ?

What did you need to donate to that to be allowed to apply ?

Won't be a popular view? Well, I agree... Not that I'm a season ticket holder, so can't put myself exactly in their position...

But what about the woman in Gloucester who's husband can't even get a season ticket ? I think ALL people who live in Gloucester should have a Spurs ticket.

Its typical that the club are so short-sighted they clearly havn't even considered this.

Gloucester. Yes.

I agree 100%. And although i'm gutted to be missing the Spurs game and still think it has been handled wrongly, i'll not get bitter and twisted about it. If missing out on one game means you'll turn your back on the club you're meant to support, then you really should go and not come back.

Hopefully these things are just said in anger though, I doubt anyone who really cares about the club would do that.

I'm sure it was just an idle threat to make Perry feel uncomortable but really needled me. I really can see both sides of this argument and think the club probably picked the worst of 2 options.

It's another one of those occasions when a lot is said in the heat of the moment but when the game is over it all dies down and everyone gets on with other things.......................until the next time!!:(

All the people I heard today who said they had phoned SCR early to get in and they let rambling morons like her on. Is this Harty's call for "ladies" gone mad? I think she was trying to say he couldn't afford a season ticket and should get priority because he is poor, or something., Actually, I have no idea what she was talking about.

I have three season tickets and been to 10 aways this year and yes do have my Spurs tickets but would have been extremly PO if I hadn't. However, the STH who said they might not renew are surely only doing it to encourage MP and DK to consider changing things to avoid this thread every time there is a big game.
