Apparently the rate of inmates in prisons has massively increased looking to change gender . Clearly using it to their advantage .

Personally I think it’s such a huge thing to do , the age should be increased to 21, their should be an assessment made with a clinical psychologist to ensure the person doesn’t have any mental health issues etc

It’s not like it can be reversed. It’s far too easy at the moment to make any claim .

Also toilets stay female , male and a 3rd choice anybody . Leave it at that .

What?

I'm a 25 year old who's grown up in Brighton and knows non CIS people who have been demonised their entire life.

Having empathy isn't a fishing trip.

Very similar to all the youngsters I get to meet (including my own 20 something kids) sensible, empathetic and mature. With all the **** going on at the moment, personally I am grateful to be cheered up by someone who does have a positive influence on the future

Unfortunately, we both know why this thread was started, without so much as a link to a report

But trust me, the world is moving on and no matter how much certain people find it threatening, hate it, try and deny it, stamp their feet, and throw their toys out of their prams, it's inevitable

When you start throwing abusing new terms around in this debate, you've kind of lost the argument.

I don't care what kind of toilet I use, but I know a number of women very uncomfortable with sharing them with men (and that's biologically born men) where workplace toilets are defined as "unisex".

They'd probably define themselves as left of centre and I wouldn't describe them as bigoted or either transphobic in any shape of form. They've just been forced to adapt and change because of a very fierce debate with feminism that has nothing to do with them.

The reality is that most wouldn't care if someone either defining themselves as a women or has transitioned was using "their" toilets. Somewhat anecdotally someone I used to know someone who transitioned and I met them for the first time afterwards as they walking out of the "ladies" and I was walking out the "gents". Nobody cares....

But since defining toilets as "male" or "female" is in the minds of some "bigoted", the compromise is urinals have disappeared, everything is a sit down job unless those with a penis invariable piss on the seat.

Many women feel uncomfortable listening to a bloke having a dump in the next cubicle.... believe it or not.

Women on the whole really hate it, but are afraid to say anything.

If someone defines themselves as female left use the female toilets, if someone defines themselves as a man let then use the male. If someone is somewhere else, them them choose. NOBODY CARES.

It's an issue that barely affects the vast majority of the population beyond the loss of the urinal.

However where I agree with you is that many right wing voices have picked it up to add it to their list of how society is being destroyed and only they can protect us.

They've lit a fire and walked away laughing.

As for the original post ?

It's irrelevant what the person defines themselves before after or during.

The story just adds to same culture wars that defined gay people as "dodgy" in the 80s. It's no different.

I just think this debate is far more complex in that it has potential side effects on women who aren't having an argument with anyone.
Does anyone enjoy having a person of any gender in the next cubicle taking a Dump?

Makes you look at this thread in a whole new light

I think it's only right that EASY amends his OP to read "people who identify as women are dirty".

I wouldn't post this on here.....this is a very pro LGBT group.......Premier League is a strong vehicle for LBGT......join the dots and it's easy to work out LBGT narrative and agenda comes from the "mischief gang" and is aimed at certain nations only.

Research suicides from gender transition, and the large % of men to women who have to dildo themselves daily for the rest of their lives to keep it open......and the infections, $80k operations to try and fix etc......

The thing is, the "mischief gang" have it arranged now in places like the UK, that to be "disgusted by anything" now means "hate crime / extremist." It's all a clever trick.
I took your advice and did some research, I have seen that Trans Women, and to a lesser extent Trans Men do have a higher incidence of suicide, than the general population. What isn't clear is whether it is the difficulties that some parts of society have in accepting them that is the issue, or if the transition itself has caused depression.
Suicide ideation and attempts are higher among adolescents wanting but not getting help with transitioning as well, some receiving gender affirming hormone treatment find that even more distressing.
Suicide rates in gay people are higher too, but vary with ethnicity and culture, suggesting that it is how their sexuality fits within their culture that is the likely increased risk factor.
I don't have any answers for any better way to help people who feel they are in the wrong body, so rather than just tell them that what they want isn't a good idea, stay unhappy as you are and be at suicide risk, I reckon it might just be worth helping them be as much like the gender they feel they should be.

You can be disgusted, it just isn't lawful to act on that and say something nasty, or discriminate against someone because of it. You might just save a life by being a bit more tolerant. If you are feeling a bit alienated because you don't quite fit into modern UK society, it's 100 times worse for someone who doesn't feel they have the right gender, or is homosexual, minority ethnicity, religion etc.

There are issues to resolve, and maybe some people that have transitioned really shouldn't have, but many are much happier after transition than before in themselves, though no doubt some find they are not readily accepted as who they want to be by the people around them.

Can you explain who the Mischief gang are?

The trouble is, going through full male puberty makes transitioning later harder. It's a tricky one, for some the delay will cause distress and lead to suicide attempts, and for others, rushing ahead is going to be a mistake.

It's LGBTQ+ or maybe even LGBTQIA+ and certainly not LBGT

Wether we prioritise biology or identity is an issue the effects everyone, for example a woman working in a supermarket that was sacked for saying biology is real.

The fire was lit when "Gender" was prioritised over sex with hardly a wimper of debate(If your smart that alone should scare you), without in anyway being tested or scrutinised. You can hardly blame the Tories for speaking out when all the faults emerge, and leftwing feminists fighting with far left trans activists is somehow the tories fault?

Can you give a bit of detail over the sacked woman please? I don't think that sacking someone for saying biology is real is lawful.

To me it is such a shame that people who are struggling with their own identity, often at serious risk of mental health issues are seeing their challenges used as ammunition in the futile and pointless culture wars that so many people seem to want to engage in.

We are at a point where there are still possibly a number of problems that need to be addressed in order to accommodate everyone but these discussions aren't made any easier by the culture warriors using it to battle their opponents.

As Mustafa II (the revenge) says, look at who is benefitting from this crap.

The toilet issue will be worked out soon people don't stress. It is probably down to work places and public buildings to create their own workable solutions I am not sure we need to worry about it. I work in lots of places with shared toilets and no one seems to mind.

It’s very relevant how the law defines them under the equality act. Protected characteristic; that’s what matters
What's irrelevant is morally how they define themselves in connection to the crime .

If the law needs updating, then it needs to be done.
Does anyone enjoy having a person of any gender in the next cubicle taking a Dump?

Doesn't bother me, but I did work somewhere where people got annoyed by an adjacent hand shandy and I'm sure I've told the story of someone having a dump in the corridor outside my office.

I can't be bothered to tell it again, but it's available for £1.99 to download.

In all seriousness I did once have a friend whose father (a doctor) dealt with sex and gender issues with children and teenagers.

This was in very different times and he was a remarkable individual. The way the institutions would often deal was horrific.

To be clear he was dealing with medical issues, but identity and mental issues were related.

I was told stories where children whose biological sex was medically unclear were forced into being brought up as either male or female because there was nothing in-between.

In their teens, the "medical" decision was changed and they were then coerced into effectively changing their "identity" again to fit into societal norms.

You just have to allow people to be comfortable in what they are happy describing themselves as, in that particular time.

I know it's difficult for those on here with those with conservative minds, but this is nothing new. It's always been there. Somewhat coincidently I've known at least 3/4 people who gone the full reassignment route.

The only difference is people are speaking out and it's gonna take a number of years to find a way of dealing with it and I'd apply that equally to all sides of the debate.

People are being forced into believing in pretend men and women by law now though.

That's highly problematic.

Not sure exactly what situation you are referring to here, maybe you could provide a link to a legal case that is an example of what you are talking about.

I got a 1 month ban for this recently. I'll leave some crumbs....Blackrock fund WHO, WEF, and all the other control gangs........Who owns Blackrock > Vanguard....who own Vanguard > Blackrock.......research who these shareholders are - and who controls the main media corps, and who selected every Western "leader" - and their links. I am not explaining again - as this forum is lead by some seriously "pro-narrative" people....maybe for legal reasons - maybe not.

I did as you say, without much luck until I added "conspiracy theory" to my search.
