Very true, but it's no excuse for those of us that had to collect tickets that we ordered online over a fortnight ago.

A lot of those tickets would have been bought earlier if Queens Road had been open. I work near the shop but had to wait for a non working day to call up to the Amex. My time, my money, my expence and a hefty booking fee to boot.
