To be fair to Ken, he normally only posts about 3 times per year anyway. Busy life drinking Mai-Tais in the hammock in Hawaii, you know.

Aye, quintessential lurker, me, not so much MIA or wandered into the sunset as watching the sunset nightly from the hammock outside the humble grass hut, as accurately alluded to.

I would post more but I'm just a bit irrelevant when it comes to match observations or insights into our LB situation. But I's a regular reader and thanks to *cough* a doctor friend of mine and contributor of this parish, managed to watch 3 home games and a trip up to Wigan last autumn. First visit to the blue'n'white Valhalla which was brilliant. I have also successfully converted both my sons to the cause (they chose Chelsea in the cradle due to their favorite godparent ffs) and Ken Jr., now a student in Richmond, proudly flaunts the stripes and training gear around Maui when here.

Cheers to you Shirty, send my best to the Clique -- I raise a glass sir. For me, I miss Cannarian, taken from our midst too soon. Oh and that nice and well-informed Mr. Putdown, another totally decent Palace fan.

I can go back to the very early days and there was a poster called Whitehawk#1 who was obsessed with wealth, he’d also aftertime in the most unfeasible fashion, after every match he’d claim to have wagered large stakes on the correct outcome i.e if we won 4-2 he’d claim to have had £500 on at 33/1
