What if they send the declaration by motorbike instead of by van? Do they have to stop at red lights?

What if they email it? Can a van go through a red light anyway?

May sound strange but it is totally truthful, otherwise those 3 girls who I was playing with on holiday ended up half stripping me for nothing then.
