Not sure about some of that. SAF spent pretty big didn't he? Using Watford as epitome of stability is odd given they've had 5 managers in less than 5 years

Watford are an interesting model, the club has its infrastructure, it is not solely reliant on the personality of their manager so when when a manager joins that’s his job, no worrying about restructuring or recruitment and just gets on with the job. I hadn’t heard of any of their managers before they joined but all seem intelligent, dynamic, foreign and relatively young. No big names or characters.
