yeh at least your making the effort to go to games unlike some people on here :)

Yeah, and for these questions apparently I am a kid. Ah well, not bothered.

Only missed one match so far, Yeovil, but if this Southampton nonsence is true, I shall not be attending.:(

its a problem with all seat grounds.. sorry stadiums. It gives a council the opportunity to employ someone in health and safety who then makes it his life's work to make everyone sit down because he gets paid to do so when people stood for about a hundred years with no deaths until the H word. However and in short the customer wants to stand, the customer is king so, forget the cant do attitude and find a way to give us, the customer what we want or lose our custom. Southampton v Brighton is a gound full of plastic seats? nah sorry, not worth the train fare

I'm likely to get flamed here but it'snot the council who dictate that everyone have to sit down - it's the law and a condition of the safety certificate. Thank the Taylor report !

This statement does not mean in any way that I believe all seater stadia are the way to go.

I think you'll also find that it's not only the Southampton Stewards you'll be contending with - the club are bussing in a load of our stewards.

Why let something like this sway your judgement? Just because it happened to other teams doesn't mean it will happen to us. Let alone the fact that, like someone else said, the stewards are hardly going to make a scene when the game is being broadcast live on Sky.

I'm sure they will mate. I've been to 75 grounds and it's the only one I've ever been thrown out of... and I've never even been close to being thrown ou anywhere else. I can still see the furrowed brow of the Neanderthal steward who grabbed me!
