Basically when taking an exam you have to give your phone in to the invigilator before hand. I gave my phone in and after to the exam went collect my phone and it wasn't there.

My college refuses to believe someones nicked it and say " you must of not handed in" And then claiming i'm trying to f***ing scam the college and make them buy me a new phone.

What do I do?

Any witnesses see you hand it in?

Ask the mobile phone company to track it's location? (Admittedly I may have made up that they can do that)

Avoid in any way getting angry with the people at your college. Be completely calm and reasonable and say: "Look, this has happened. My friend here can confirm that I handed in the phone. Can you advise me how to go about reporting this, or give me any other advice?"

From there it depends what you want to happen... Do you want to report it to the Police? Are you still hoping you'll get it back somehow? Whatever you want, though, try to approach them in a way that gets them on your side and makes it a joint issue of trying to find out what has happened and how to put it right.

Way out west
Or did they say "you must have not handed it in." ?

I wouldn't trust an educational establishment whose use of English was so poor, is it any surprise that the phone went missing?
