Problem with Uruguay is that they have a history of being dirty bastards and believe me Lugano their defender (and captain, I think) is a real cheating dirty bastard...I think it was him who earlier this season deliberately kicked up the penalty spot when a penalty was awarded against him. The striker couldnt kick the ball properly and the penalty was saved.

According to wikipedia (and I know that's a terrible and unreliable source) he was born in Vitoria in the Basque country. No mention of whether his parents were from there, or whether he considers himself as such though!
