Never had a problem with them. They were brilliant with signing my youngest up to young seagulls when he was born (I know I went over the top with the brain washing so early)
I couldn’t figure out the free one online and emailed. It was sorted almost immediately, linked to my account and my eldest and then they went through and checked all our details as well. Which was lucky as we had moved and not updated.
It’s a simple thing and what you would expect but that doesn’t mean it should be taken for granted
