Thats really good. I'd be tempted to shift the badge slightly to have STAND OR FALL either immediately above or below it, but other than that, good work.
A pity its too late and we're stuck with an Italian flag. Oh well.

ps) does anyone know how deep the North Stand is? Is the flag big enough? 12m x 9m. Is 9m at least half of the depth of the North Stand?

That's a shocker of a design. I'm 100% behind Bozza; we should have a flag for the club and not an individual at the club. That's a hell of a lot of wedge for a flag that could be redundant by the end of the season.

Love the idea of another big flag but I'm sorry, this really isn't a great start for the FAB.

Good job, and no mention on it of players/managers etc. which would immediately date it once they left the club.

Keeping it simple is usually the best way. That flag in pretty much timeless l'd say. Look after it, most importantly don't lose it, and it can be displayed at home games for years to come.

A rough guess tells me a 12m x 9 m flag will cover 25 seats wide, and 11 rows back, approx 265 seats.
Can't remember how many rows North has, although I believe it's 26
