Derby Fans

For my sins I once lived up North and went to Pride Park for two seasons when Derby were in ther premiership.

The Derby fans were outsung by every teams visiting fans unless there was a dodgy decision by an official or Derby scored/were winning.

I know we bitch and moan about Withdean and the atmosphere but from a sample size of thirty odd visits to a 30,000 seater premiership stadium, the atmosphere in the home fans was the same as at Withdean most games.

It sounds louder to the visiting fans becasue the Derby 'lads' are near the away end but otherwise its crap.

When we let rip at Withdean we make just as much noise.

Keep the faith, support the lads, sing your hearts out.
