Sorry to be a party pooper but I'm sure I read that sky diving for charity actually costs (the NHS) more than it raises for charities.

It does, the Scottish NHS did a survey, I can't remember the numbers but it was mentioned on a recent episode of No Such Thing As A Fish, I do remember it as a lot of money.
