I don't disagree with you at all, but it's quite interesting how that is gradually changing. The club has 27,000 home tickets to sell for the Forest game. They went on general sale (after STHs, Albion+ etc) with around 3,000 left and 24 hours on there are just 500 left (mostly difficult-to-shift singles).
That suggests they probably got the pricing pretty much spot-on.

If they'd gone for, say, £40, I think there'd be a lot more remaining right now.

How much info do we know about the 7% not renewing?
Well, 7% of people send their kids to private school. And the Telegraph and Times keep telling us how hard it is for these people that they now have to pay VAT on school fees. So maybe they can't afford to renew their Albion season tickets

Because they priced it right?

I'm one of the non-renewers, sadly.

Can't justify it right now, don't get to enough games, and whilst I love the actual match experience, I do feel like everything around the top level football-going experience is slowly becoming more and more of a faff, travel is pretty awful, and yeah. Bad fan, I know.

I suspect when I'm retired/kids are older, I will be going to a LOT more games, just how life is atm.
Exactly the same here.

My 24 year old is coming with me to Man City tomorrow., he lives in Manchester, i bought him a ticket a while ago. Yesterday i bought my 22 year old a Palace ticket.
One of them did buy me a cup of tea once but you're right thats about it. ha ha.
My 24 year old actually bought my ticket (and his) for Saints away, as he was the one successful in refresh-the-ticket-site-roulette. I was expecting him to ask for the money, but he's never mentioned it. So that was nice.

Given that I have paid for his season ticket every year since 2006, not to mention many away trips, including Ajax and Roma, I guess that makes us about 'even'.
