If there is a pot of gold available then we have got to sign a really decent, commanding and skipper-material centre half. If it's not Greer then it's someone else. If we don't leak goals there's always a chance we'll nick a goal or two especially if one of the argentinian boys are up to it. I think AEB and Elf played well towards the end of last season but they are always prone to the big f*** up.

I think Gus's most important task is to get inside Glenn Murray's head and really unleash the potential of a gifted footballer. I've been around since Wardy et al, and although Muzza is really frustrating at times I'm pretty sure that if he explodes he'll get at least 25 goals in an injury-free season.

If this happens we'll be at the right end of the table come the shake up.
