I've just found the S4C live TV site, which is handy as I can't get the TV channel through normal avenues.

Currently watching a CRACKING Welsh language game show. Rownd 1 was great fun, now we're on to Rownd 2, and the only word I can understand is Cymru.

What if the radio is in the lead

it varies due to atmospheric conditions BUT if you put the radio approx 340 meters away for every second it is ahead it will synch
