Any pics on the new Sky studio ect in the south east corner?
He's correct to a certain extent though. I spoke to a Wednesday STH a few weeks ago and he said that the conservative estimate to make Hillsborough PL compliant was £25m+. So would probably end up being £40m+.
The place is almost as much of a dump as Selhurst (and God knows how that shitpile is allowed to host PL football).
Fortunately for Wednesday [emoji23] they don't have to worry about that for a while, if ever.

I wonder how many seats have been put in here and there around the stadium? There may have been some lost to accommodate the new t.v gantry although seats may have been fitted to the old gantry area! Come on someone must be 'in the know'
Palace spent £12.3 million in the first three years of their time in the EPL on new assets*.

On another recent thread, someone mentioned a significant overall reduction from the 30,750 capacity.
Would that include buying back their training dump?
You've forgotten the complimentary smoking jackets and cucumber sandwich triangles, with the crusts cut off.

I used to love it when you rocked up to The Goldstone and saw the scaffolding up, knowing it would be on The Big Match next day.
Hmmm, maybe. How would the seats be accessed?
