Bristol city maybe?

what other teams have that done it?

Swansea, Oxford and Wigan i think

Wigan didn't do it in consecutive seasons.

I presume you are talking bottom tier to second tier (championship)

on the-english-football-archive (great site) there used to be a page that listed all stats like this, but i cannot find it now. i think there are a few clubs, especially in the late 40s, 50s and 60s who did this.
