I'm just glad it's a game I'll be able to get to. It's not an away game, and it's not a big team.

Perhaps all the moaners should do the same as me, and buy yourself a ticket for what will be a very winnable (and hopefully entertaining) game.

This thread is hilarious! Beach Hut...I supported you last season when you were staking a claim to Cup tickets, and quite rightly you got in. But just remember how many one match heroes there were there, we are a two bob team who need the cash GO TO THE CLUB SHOP AND YOU CAN BUY A TICKET TO THE GAME alternatively go online and attempt to buy kites from a third party in Brazil...cocknoshers

I doubt it I posted my application through the door at 5.00pm on my way past there. There weren't any other letters on the mat of the shop when I dropped mine in the letter box.

What happens if they do not accept a postal application ?

Well I think I'm going to join in the moanfest...IF we beat Mansfield and IF we get a big club in the 4th round I'll be well pissed off because I will be halfway to Bangkok when the game kicks off. I demand that the tie be postponed until I get back (or moved to the Friday night) seeing as I'm a STH, Gold Member and stuff!

The current deals on ticketing:-

Gold Membership
(exclusive to season ticket holders)
Membership entitles the holder to the following benefits:
- Guarantees* one priority ticket per season ticket holder for all high-interest away games, including cup ties and play-off matches
- Continued priority for season ticket holders for all home cup and play-off games.
*Subject to availability - if the number of away tickets allocated to the club is less than the number of Gold Members the tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis.

Blue Membership
Non-season ticket holders can purchase entry to the "Blue" tier membership for £30 per season (adults) - £15 (U16's)
- Second priority* for members for high-interest away games, including Cup ties and Play-off matches.
- Priority for seats not allocated to season ticket holders for all home cup and play-off games.
*Subject to availability

White Membership
White members will be able to apply for tickets for all ticketed away games and will get next priority after Gold and Blue members for high interest away games.

do we know what the club are defining "priority" as............

Yeah, but i'm joking, you clearly weren't!!!

If we beat mansfield and then get arsenalaway or something, i will be peeved, but there are ALWAYS ways of getting a ticket!

if we get Arsenal away we will be lucky to get 3000 tickets.:bigwave:

Speaking as a STH, IF we beat Mansfield and get a good home tie I am guaranteed a ticket and if we get a good away tie I get equal first refusal with other STH. In summary, I won't be moaning even if I don't get a ticket.

At least everyone who was moaning they might not be able to get tickets for Man U away will be able to pick up a Mansfield ticket!

Another point missed what was said was a very representative view on how a lot of people felt at the time who buy a ST in advance.

Moan you might call it but it made a difference therefore proved it was correct.

AMS was a shambles and needed to be improved and it has so I feel fully vindicated by everything I said.

Perhaps you should have seen the many PMs I got supporting what I did however I think others should have stuck their head above the parapit as well.

The AMS wasn't a shambles, i have got a ticket for every game i have wanted to attend (Spurs, West Ham and Southampton) by being organised myself.

There was a priority for people that went to Millwall away in JPT, which i went to as well as you but because i wanted to go with someone who hadn't done that game i took a GAMBLE and put my application in after that priority. Which i'm right in thinking you did aswell, maybe i was lucky that i got a ticket or was on the ball and put my application in as quickly as i could but if i wasn't successful i wouldn't have moaned constantly about it.
I took a chance and thankfully it paid off.

Tough really, bit like being a STH holder, going to away games and applying for tickets to West Ham last year - not nice is it when the boot is on the other foot.
or being a sth and not missing an away game for 18 months and not getting a spurs ticket

and before anyone says it i know it was a long time ago but not something you forget as beachy knows

The AMS was a shambles 30,000 odd people as members and how many went to games ?

Something not quite right there and correctly changed by the club.
