Never heard of most of those places with convenient links. Central Brighton is a tiny wee place, you can pretty much get from anywhere to anywhere else in about 20 minutes. Do Your Own Research

36 hours in Brighton and can't manage to work out the name of the oldest part of Brighton - despite there being several big signs with The Lanes prominently displayed. Doesn't say much for the rest of the research
