Just heard them phoning into Talksport complaining about it, presenter says it’s a disgrace - typical TS making comment without all the facts. Didn’t mention flares or bangers so switched over

Still here having been locked in whilst the scripted were escorted away. Several hundred Albion still waiting to be allowed away from the ground. Bloody ridiculous.

what i cant understand is how those goth styled scum managed to occupy a group of seats in the 2nd row of the SS. The seats were unoccupied until just after KO and then quickly filled with the goths implying that they held the tickets for those seats.

Maybe Palaces ticketing office/system actually tries to accommodate their fans wishes

Rumour is that the police refused them entry because some other fans forced the turnstile.
Sounds about right. Palace fans with tickets ****ed over by their own fans.

Easy to empathize with those locked out but impossible to genuinely sympathise.
Sadly the thug element has returned to football although there's a certain poetic justice that their idiocy caused their own ticket holding supporters to miss out.
They are making a good case for closing the away end for games like this.
Not that they'd learn.

Its all over the Palace forum. To be fair they are very embarrassed. It appears that a number of fans were refused entry due to others.

either way i think club will be in trouble
1; not securing fire exits/maintaining emergency routes
or
2;not carrying adequate searches to prevent pyro/explosive devices inside a football stadium
both demonstrate lack of due care
