How on earth did you work that out?

More like 80 points which would = 2nd or 3rd place :thumbsup:

:facepalm:Hit a 5 instead of a 4 during my first calculations just redone and get 80.5 which rounded makes 81 and I actually have an A level in pure maths and a degree in engineering, must be my age.:p
46 games divided by 4, not 5, and x 7 = 80.5

Three of our next four games are at home - hopefully we can push for top spot. That would be a good psychological boost (although the table after 7/8 games does not mean much).

all for the optimism though, even if half the teams in the league have every right to be saying the same thing :thumbsup:

i'm sure gus was quoted as saying that average 1.8 points a game is his target, so with the recent improvements made to the squad we could well be getting the magical 1.8 a game we are aiming for :albion1:
