Absolutely awful company beyond belief.
Since 23rd March I have called and spoken to Abhisheik, Albert (twice), Tinu, Ekta, Sneha, Neha, Roopali and then finally Antoinette in an attempt to terminate my contract.
Finally they tell me it's now finished.
Terrible coverage and terrible customer service. What else do you want to know ?
3 were utterly useless in Hassocks, no 3G signal at all. In Newbury they were patchy - 3G was fine outside but go inside a building and it could be difficult. I hardly used it in Brighton but it was a bit patchy there too.
In London it was bloody fantastic though, indoors or out. They seem to concentrate their coverage on big cities but when you get out in the sticks things get a lot worse.
They DON'T operate a 2G network, so if you cannot get a 3G signal you'll be forced to roam onto a different 2G network, either Orange ( by default ) or O2 if you choose it.
So in short, for voice calls/texts they'll be fine, but you won't always be using their network ( the roaming is free so won't cost you any extra ), and if you have good 'Three' 3G coverage they'll be fine for 'Smartphone' applications, but if you have a smartphone and live outside a 'Three' 3G covered area, then it's just a bit pointless paying for all that 'smart' internet and e-mail technology, 'cos none of it will work (unless of course you find a Wi-Fi hotspot, but again you then end up on someone elses broadband network).
