Thank god I can keep my excitement in check, and don't have to resort to childish Christmas count downs.

Out of context, but where does this "X more sleeps" phrase come from? Surely it is "X more nights", because you could have broken sleep, or a snooze in the afternoon, and it would be four or five 'sleeps'. Personally I think is sounds a but naff, but there you go.

Oh, and I absolutely cannot wait until Friday night. Southampton boat show in the morning; Amex in the evening. Bring it on.

I'm at a f***ing wedding reception.

Sounds like one hell of a do :thumbsup:

Making my 2012/3 debut with my son, so really looking forward to this one.

And we're going to win easily. 3-0 or better.

:ascarf:

Same here. Missed first two because of holidays. Can't wait to get back in the North Stand.

It's the only way to get a small child to SLEEP in the build up to Christmas/birthday.
If you can get said small child to have an afternoon snooze on 24/12, then you need to be writing a parenting book.

To be honest every game since moving the Amex is so much more than just a game it is an event and chance yet again to appreciate just how lucky we are these days and as such have loads to look forward to.

I really was losing the will to live towards the end of Withdean however Gus changed all of that with one magical season.

The thought of watching Macca bang another couple of goals is keeping me going through a full on working week. As soon as Friday comes, it's 'weekend starts here!'

Surely you mean bang his hat trick in, I have a good feeling about Friday hopefully get to see some of the newer member of Gus's revolution of flair.

You lot can't wait, I arrive from Perth WA at sparrows fart on Friday morning all bursting to pop my Amex cherry - my wife has banned me mentioning it again as I'm driving her mental - just cannot wait!
