less than inflation , CPI is 3.4% and RPI is 4.4%

How about Wage Inflation?

I wouldn't mind betting the majority of people on here haven't had a 3% pay rise the last 12 months.

We've missed a trick in my view. Drop the price, have the stands heaving, maybe even generate an atmosphere. Certain generate a whole load of new interest from the fanbase we need to reach out to so that we can at least half-fill Falmer.

You must seriously be on the breadline if you can't afford a 3% rise in prices. The most expensive one off payment ticket is £484, that is a £14.10 rise over the nine months in a season. That is a £1.56 per month increase on the price of a season ticket. Or £21.04 per game which is a £0.63 rise per game on this season's prices, and this is on the most expensive ticket too.

not so much on the breadline, but coming out of university with no guarantees of a job. at least for the last few seasons i have had the student loan to cover it, although having said that i have hardly been to ANY games at withdean so it has been a bit of a waste of money anyway!

The free travel thing has been done. Even on a poll on here it was established that the majority use it so we all save money having it.

3% is nothing. It's prob heading for about £480 mark at Falmer I'd guess.

5 payment option is the key.

Anyone that cant afford £90 a month must have a proper shit life is all i can say

I'm shocked at the huge 4 pound increace. its a joke. an absolutle joke. :jester:

Nah i'm really pleased. Was expecting 185 for an U21 in singing/centre (not sure where yet). So this whole 144 or 149 is a wlcome 35/40 extra quid.

So it's more to do with you being worried about not getting a job rather than the 3% rise?
Good luck with getting a job by the way!
