Gus Tano and Charlie back in, Barber out.

I don't have a clue about what has gone on but I suggest replacing Barber, who I have nothing against, would be easier than replacing the management team, I'd be happy with that

Easier has nothing to do with it. Barber is TB's man and so for TB to sack Barber to keep Gus et al, would be madness, basically giving Gus the go ahead to do whatever he wants! IMHO the time has come for Gus to go and let's face it, he would have left at the end of next season if all had gone well this season. Managers like players are fickle beasts and Gus is no different.

In the current situation, I'm going to assume its GOT to be to do with the management team.

1 out would have to be Poyet, meaning Oatway and Tarrico would be welcome to stay if they wanted to.

3 in would be a new management team - perhaps a manager, coach and someone to head up the youth set up?

Neville, Brady and Wilkins anyone?
