The club might already do this, but if not why not give a school in sussex 500 free tickets (or two schools 250 each), different schools each home match.
500 tickets x 15 matches left this season = 7500 kids
if 10% come back this season once and bring a parent that is 750 children tickets £10 and 750 adults £35 = £27,000
if 300 of those children come back for a second time that's 300 x 10 and 300 x 35 = £13500
if 100 of those children come back third time that's 100 x 10 and 100 x 35 = £4500
so that could imho say £45,000 this season, plus you have a few hundred new supporters.
None of this includes merchandise, food, programmes etc.
Also at a total guess maybe you could convert at 250/1 new season tickets for next season.
7500 / 250 = 30 30 kids season tickets at say £100 and 30 adults tickets at say 500 = £18,000 + merchandise + food etc
we are not selling out so why not give 500 tickets out each match this season, would be good PR as well.
*All figures are guess work based on no info apart form my educated guess.
