Does anyone know what Emu is up to these days? We don't hear about him since Rod died.

I think it’s because Emu was a puppet that was being operated by Rod Hull, for comic light relief. If you watch old footage you’ll notice that Emu always appeared with Rod Hull, attached to one of his hands. He also wasn’t a real emu.

That's a downright lie. It's a well known fact that Rod Hull was a man-sized puppet operated by Emu via a convenient orifice. That's why the Hull puppet always had that surprised look on his face.

Emu hasn't been in the news recently as he retired to Australia to spend more time with with his ostrich.

The mystery deepens. You can clearly see both of Rods arms in this photo, so either Emu is controlling Rod or Emu is in fact a real bird. There can be no other explanation.

Orville is real. I took my kids to see him at the Dome and he walked across the stage on his own.
My kids were 30 & 35 at the time, but there was a singer on the night who 'popped out' of her dress just to get publicity. Apparently she done it every show.
