Surely Osman and Mazilu are the two new wingers to supplement the existing squad? O'Mahony is in behind Welbeck and Ferguson. Rushworth, Sarmiento, Leonard, Undav have all had great seasons. What next for them? I think it's going to be a very nuanced summer window. Without knowing how ready the 10 injury hit players will be for next season. Fati and Dahoud will free up big wages plus Dahoud's fee £9m? If Undav does go, that's at least another £15m. I don't think us fans have much base information to work with and speculate.
No way are Osman and Mazilu bought for our PL squad next season. One is barely a regular in Denmark the other cant get any game in the worst team in Eredivisie. I think it will be a year at least before we see any of them playing for us

Who is Osman?

Ibrahim Osman a 19 year old Ghanaian winger who plays for Nordsjælland. Will be joining us the summer.

Not sure what your definition of a regular is.

Osman has played 37 times for Nordsjælland this season across all competitions (I think he’s missed something like 4 games). Scored 7 goals and made 6 assists. I’m sure the club will be taking a look at him in pre season before deciding what is going to happen with him.

Baleba only played 470 minutes in the Ligue 1 last season, and came straight in to the squad, so wouldn't be surprised if Osman is part of the squad next season.

All the reports say £30m was spent, and so far he's scored 19 goals. If by the end of the season he adds another couple and is on 20+ then I think you have to put that in the bracket of 'you get what you pay for'. A striker who scores more like 30+ goals costs a LOT more than £30m these days. You also have to remember he's still only 22 and this is only his 2nd season in a top division, so far that I think he's doing just fine.
Where’s @b.w.2. when you need him, I thought the going rate was £50m?

Is Blackburn Rovers Irishman Sammie Szmodics 24 gls from 41 games currently worth considering ?
Am I wrong in saying at his age it would probably be his last big move? Also, don't expect we'd get a sweetheart deal for him so in financial terms alone not your typical Albion signing.

I do wonder if we might look at the Championship more. Pedro has been a good signing and, whisper it quietly, but Palace have picked up some very good players from there (Olise, Eze and the C3PO lookalike they got from Blackburn looks like he might be decent). KDH would be good signing I think (I have a couple of Leicester STH mates who rate him highly). The downside is obviously prices, but maybe in the current market the premium would be reduced. The upside is that there is no time to acclimatise to a new country etc (which seems to take the South Americans a year or more on average).

A lot of good ideas. I agree with most of them.

We need a massive overhaul as you point out. Not of our regulars but rather those who are too injured to play for us on a regular basis.

GK:
McGill out, Rushworth in.
Steele is still needs in the ‘dressing room’ and is a good fit at No.3.

Fullbacks:
Lamptey out, LB & RB in.
Lamptey is a great player and human being but his fitness does not allow him to play enough games for us sadly. Estupinan needs competition, I think Barco will be used further up the pitch.
Realistic targets: Wesley (Flamengo) & Miranda (Betis)

Centre Back:
Webster out.
Again, Adam is a great guy and pretty good defender but the constant injuries are so frustrating. Added to that, he was better under Potter’s system. I think RDZ requires too much technical short passing which he is a little behind with compared to our other centre backs. But what we really need is top level pace to help thwart those breaks.
Realistic Target: Nagalo (Nordsjælland)

Centre Midfield:
Dahoud, Milner out.
Milner is too old and injured and has only played well a left wing. He’d be fine to keep as a coach though. RDZ has concluded his dealings with Dahoud so he is gone. We need another two in our most important role under DeZerbiball. Along with Dunk’s role, this position dictates everything we do on pitch. Let’s make it super strong and not rely on long term prospects Hinshelwood & Baleba to challenge Groß and Gilmour for a starting position.
Realistic Targets: KDH (Leicester in June) & Ross Barkley (Luton)

Wings:
Out Mitoma
The model needs a sacrifice this summer. He is at peak value for us in my opinion. Yes, I want him to stay but I’d prefer TB using transfer profits to buy players rather than his own pocket. Other club profits needs to go into things likes fanzones and a new stadium for our women’s team.
We must get a left foot right winger and perhaps some experience on the right. Osman is good but will need to develop. Adringra has shown he must work on consistency. I think we’ll see Barco at left wing quite a lot next season too.
Realistic Targets: McAtee (City) & Jota Silva (Vitória Guimarães SC)

Striker:
Out N/A
Just get Undav back please. He can do double figures starting most games on the bench.
I reckon we’ll keep Mitoma. ( hopefully and maybe because of his injury).
It’s a good list of players we are linked with. Particularly like the look of Nagalo as a 4th choice centre back. Big potential.
I’d add in Adem Zorgane as a potential midfielder.

Am thinking about Moder , has been out for a long time injured, was trying to think how he played before he was injured,
he does not score goals , does not create many goals , not a play maker , does not dictate a match , was wondering what his strengths are and if we should be thinking of letting him go ,
