Always tricky to put stuff in context, but I think that was the most impressive TdF performance I have ever seen!

Another day to remember, a great time trial, Vingegaard was astonishing. I had a feeling he’d come out on top today …. better time trial rankings and Pogacar appeared to lose that additional power/aggressive style over the weekend. Trying to play games with Vingegaard’s mind, it didn’t come off …. yet.

How spoilt we are by this era.

Indurain won 5 Tours time trialling like that. I don’t know how he did it?

Whilst Indurain was a TT specialist extraordinaire and put in chunks of time overall, that was over 100+ kms of racing, not 20 kms, plus he had some assistance. I don't think he was putting that kind of time in?
