half watching CNN earlier, i caught something with the election administrator from one of the states. they dont formally declare a result until all votes counted and certified. that could be next week. only then can any formal legal contest begin. which stands to reason, cant launch a law suit against something that hasnt happened. so Trump and his angry lawyer are just pissing in the wind.

I became a US Citizen almost exactly one year ago, on November 1 2019. And yes, I just voted in my first-ever general election over here.

Same here, last November became a Citizen, first vote in this election.

I am a little jealous of you two, it's a fair bit chilly way up here in the North.
I've missed my trips to the US this year for my semi-annual dose of sunshine.

Was that Michigan’s (female) Secretary of State? Spoke very confidently and unphased by baseless noise from outside the state.

I don't think that's how it works Donnie.

Bad news for Donald because I'm claiming Florida, Texas, California, New York, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Nevada, Arizona, both Dakotas, both Carolinas, Hawaii and Pennsylvania. So technically I'm President now.

I quite liked Colorado when I visited, so I'll claim that for myself.

Honest to God, Trump and his cronies are batshit crazy. How on earth certain posters on here can even begin to defend them beggars belief. Those posters should be utterly ashamed.

The Michigan lady was on CNN early evening, just after the equally lucid and relaxed Penn Governor.

I love the collective determination. States are very protective of their independence and integrity.

Well, ok, the Wisconsin lady was also on CNN early evening and said exactly the same.
