i thought of Euro 96, but we'd already cleaned up the problems from the 80's and started making the football more family friendly.

when it was in the streets and around the bars, it can blameed on the trouble makers, 6 of one, too much beer etc, etc. when you charge the fans in the stadium you've crossed alot of lines that i dont think UEFA or FIFA will allow, and neither will the sponsors be happy if we want to be cyncial about it.
