We won the first afternoon 3-1, and next morning 2.5 to 1.5.

We have dominated this event for the last 10 years or so, so have to give the USA team credit where its due. The crowd was out of order though, trying to put the European players of their shots ect.. Not sure if the same things happen for the visitors when they visit here, but there should be respect for the other side, while supporting your own team.

Bit harsh perhaps - a few rookies out of their depth but basically beaten by a team that used their obviously stronger players overall and particularly home advantage to good effect. The course was set up for the US way of playing 'target golf' - wide fairways, no rough to speak of and easy pin positions. Willett was totally shit though, obviously.
