The Story So Far........The reigning champion came into 2012 with a lot of pressure on its sizeable shoulders. Placed in a tricky looking Group B, the king of the sea never looked in trouble, winning the group with 29 votes (28.71%). All eyes were on the champ when he faced the newcomer Tardigrade in the second round, however he avoided a giant killing as he came out with a 30-21 victory. Went into the quarter-final against its marine rivals the Great White Shark, never looked in trouble in what was an emphatic 37-13 win.

Shame, should rightly be the final. Looking at the HB's total votes in the competition so far, Orca could be in trouble.

Honey Badger has beaten the Orca before. It knows how to win this one.

I fed up with the bleedin' Honey Badger winning all the time. It's high time we had a cup-upset here. Sort it out TL, FFS!

That'll be the Honey Badger that's NEVER won the tournament, vs. the Orca that has?

Orca's hunt in PACKS. That is NOT hard. They prey on SEALS. Hunting in packs to catch seal is the EQUIVALENT of a group of PIKEYS mugging an old GRANNY.

The People's Champion TAKES ON LIONS. BY HIMSELF. He goes for the GENITALS. This makes him a MENTALIST.

It is really a simple decision.

VOTE BADGER

Using my powers, I can tell you that one of the contenders currently has 3 times as many votes as the other. But which?

This website tells you all you need to know. Written BY Africans.

The most vicious animal in Africa

Elephants avoid it, lions run away from it and hyenas will be laughing out of the other side of their mouths if they ever tangle with it. This vicious creature is probably one you’ve never heard of, but if you run into it in a dark alley, it would be wise to hi-tail it out of there and never look back as it’s probably chasing after you with its teeth barred.

What is this menace to the African Bush? The humble honey badger. Its seemingly innocuous name might lure you into a false sense of security, but wait until you find out what it’s capable of and the habits it keeps.

For starters, they live underground, are highly intelligent, use tools and have no fear (it is in the Guinness Book of Records as being the most fearless animal in the world). They tire very slowly, can run as fast as a man and can wear out even the largest of animals in a battle. If that wasn’t enough, they have jaws which are powerful enough to crush a tortoises shell and can drop a bomb, a stink bomb to be precise, out of their anal glands which are as potent as a skunks.

If you ever get close enough to have a fight with this blighter, remember this: they have skin which is extremely tough and loose, meaning that they can wriggle around and chomp on anyone who has been stupid enough to try and bite/grab them. The skin is so tough it has been known to resist machete blows and is impervious to arrows and spears.

When they’re not walking around looking for trouble they like to eat snakes, but not just your average garden snakes – they enjoy tangling with extremely large and highly poisonous snakes.
