Honey Badger v Lion Pride:

Honey badgers can be very aggressive animals, and have few predators. They have skin which is very thick and rubbery, to defend them from bites. They also have very strong jaws with which to bite back! However, lions and leopards have been known to kill honey badgers on occasion.

ie, Lions are not scared of Honey Badgers for what they might do to them and hopefully puts that video in perspective and helps to dispell the myths about them.

Despite its reputation as the 'meanest animal in the world', the honey badger is not invincible. During their studies in the Kalahari, Colleen and Keith Begg observed an encounter between a honey badger and a lion. The badger growled or "rattled", released its scent, and backed away, facing the lion, until it reached a safe distance. The same sequence of events was observed when a honey badger came across a leopard. In both cases, caution was sensible - both lions and leopards are known to have attacked and killed honey badgers

so the HB ran away from a single lion, thought it was meant to be hard and not afraid to fight several lions at once?

Good battle, the Komodo Dragon being the equivalent of Argentina in football terms - at times stylish and at times tough as nails before bowing out in the last eight.

As for the Honey Badger, maybe it wasn't as convincing a win as it and its supporters might have liked, but surely he must still be favourite in what is a formidable final four.
