The guy in my avatar (fellow band member Euronymous) was the one who discovered the body and took that photo, which was subsequently stolen and used for that cover (which is a bootleg).

I have this album, its called Heavy Petting Zoo though, not sure where Eating Lamb comes from, maybe a regional change.

Edit, nvm Eating Lamb was the LP, Heavy Petting Zoo has slightly different cover.
